Dharma Shield Bali is a registered initiative providing legal consultation, mediation, community legal education, and animal welfare advocacy.We work with individuals, communities, NGOs, and rescue networks to protect rights, promote accountability, and safeguard vulnerable lives.
Who We Are
Dharma Shield Bali is a registered initiative based in Bali, Indonesia, operating at the intersection of legal advocacy, community education, and animal welfare protection.Our work focuses on mediation, legal guidance, and collaboration with communities, NGOs, and rescue networks to address disputes, prevent harm, and protect vulnerable individuals and animals.
Responsible Animal Protection
Dharma Shield Bali supports animal welfare initiatives through lawful advocacy, community education, and collaboration with rescue networks.We do not promote impulsive actions or vigilantism. Our approach emphasizes prevention, sterilization, responsible care, and legal awareness to ensure animal protection efforts are sustainable and ethical.

We do not act impulsively or emotionally, and we do not engage in actions that fall outside lawful or ethical boundaries.Our role is advisory, collaborative, and protective, ensuring that actions taken serve long-term justice and community welfare.

Collaborate with Us
Dharma Shield Bali works hand in hand with trusted independent rescuers and small initiatives who are actively involved in animal welfare on the ground.Our collaboration is practical and ongoing, sharing information, supporting sterilization efforts, discussing appropriate medication when needed, and coordinating care within ethical and realistic boundaries.One such initiative is Saving The Paws, which focuses on sterilization, street feeding and basic medical support for dogs in Bali. Together, we are also gradually expanding our efforts, including exploring ways to provide regular food support and other forms of practical assistance. Some of these initiatives are still in development, and we proceed step by step, based on what is feasible and responsible.In addition, Dharma Shield Bali supports the work of several close, trusted independent rescuers, not only financially, but also through coordination, communication, and on-the-ground assistance where possible.Each party operates independently while working side by side toward the same goal: reducing suffering and improving the wellbeing of dogs in Bali through responsible, transparent, and compassionate action.
We provide guidance and mediation without creating dependency or false expectations. Formal legal representation is referred to licensed professionals when required.

Animal Welfare & Protection
Advocacy and coordination for animal protection initiatives, including sterilization programs, rescue collaboration, and legal awareness relating to animal welfare.

Public education and outreach aimed at improving legal literacy, preventing exploitation, and empowering communities through knowledge and responsible action.
